ServSafe Food Safety
The state of Wisconsin requires licensed foodservice operations to meet certain food safety and sanitation regulations, including having at least one manager or operator certified in food protection practices. Created by the industry for the industry, the National Restaurant Association has developed the ServSafe® Manager program which fulfills state requirements to be a Certified Food Manager.
Our ServSafe Manager reviews help you prepare for the certification exam. Passing an approved exam like ServSafe is required to obtain and renew your Certified Food Manager status. Review courses and materials are also available in other languages. The WRA Education Foundation has trained over 45,000 people since 1993.
